Yt1s Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the yt1s platform. By registering an account or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and yt1s ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
1. Account Creation & Security
To access the full services of the yt1s platform, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
- Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform. yt1s reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility. Notify the yt1s support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Account credentials may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party.
2. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the yt1s platform, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. The platform may only be used for personal and entertainment purposes — not for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
The following apply strictly prohibited when using the platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or any technique designed to exploit the gaming system or transactions.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the platform.
- Spreading false, deceptive, or misleading information to other users or to the support team.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and freezing of associated balances, at the sole discretion of yt1s.
3. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the yt1s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet and bank transfers via FPX.
- Deposit: All deposits are processed based on your selected payment method. Processing times vary — TNG eWallet is typically instant, while FPX takes between 1 and 10 minutes. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed to a verified Malaysian bank account. Bank account details must be registered and verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30, and processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours.
- Bonuses and promotions: All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer, including rollover requirements and validity periods. Bonuses received without fulfilling the required conditions may be forfeited.
- Identity verification: yt1s reserves the right to request full identity verification (including a copy of your MyKad or passport) before approving withdrawals above a certain limit or in situations that require a security assessment.
- Any transaction suspected of fraud will be investigated, and the associated balance may be frozen for the duration of that investigation.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Liability Limits
Yt1s is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" and yt1s makes no guarantee that services will be free from interruption or technical errors at all times.
Users acknowledge that betting and gaming activities involve the risk of financial loss, and yt1s is not liable for any financial decisions made by users in the course of using the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Yt1s reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse.
- Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be closed following prior notice.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, balances associated with the violating activity may not be refunded. For voluntary account closures requested by the user, any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the yt1s platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of yt1s or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, or using any of this content without prior written consent from yt1s.
Using yt1s brand names, logos, or visual elements for any unauthorised commercial, promotional, or representational purpose constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action.
Third-Party Links
The yt1s platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. yt1s does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party sites is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
6. Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Terms Amendments
Yt1s reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with a clear update date. It is the user's responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure they remain in compliance with the current terms.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account through yt1s support channels.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed removed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
